We only employ qualified technicians with 5 or more years experience in the job.
How soon is an auto-electrician dispatched to my location?
We guarantee same day service to all jobs booked in earlier in the day , and depending on the work load of the day, some jobs booked in late in the afternoon can still be completed same day. Call us to find out.
How does your pricing work?
First hour including Call-out fee is $220.00 and all subsequent hours at $143 including GST. NB: These prices exclude all parts and consumables. Deposit may be required on other jobs.
What are your operating hours?
Mon - Fri - 8am to 5pm.
How do I make a booking?
Call us Mon - Thur from 6am to 10pm, Fridays 6am - 5pm and closed on Saturdays.
Do you work on week-ends and Public Holidays?
Closed on Saturdays. Sundays and public holidays by prior arrangement.
Do I get charged for your travel time to source parts?
No, you are not charged for the time it takes us to get any parts required for the job, you only get charged for the time spent on the jobsite.
How do I pay for the repairs?
All repairs and parts are paid for immediately on completion of the repairs. You can pay by Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card or Debit Card. Where parts are to be sourced, a deposit equivalent to ½ the estimate quotation of the job is to be paid.
Do you offer any guarantee for the repairs and parts you put on every job?
All our repairs and parts come with warranty periods of up to 12 months or 20 000km and 2 years for all batteries fitted by us.
